Mary Kay's practice focuses on the mediation of family law matters, including: parenting plans, custody, paternity, child support and the modification and enforcement of domestic relations orders. Recognizing the destructive nature of litigation, Mary Kay focuses on resolving matters through mediation without the need for Court intervention. Mary Kay is trained as a mediator and has been approved by the Office of Dispute Resolution as a Parenting Act mediator. She is also a Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution mediator, which allows her to provide mediation services in cases involving domestic abuse.
